  • Leading a research and design project on improving company wide University Recruiting efforts for undergraduate and graduate programs.

  • Developing surveys for members of each program to gauge the effectiveness of our current recruiting process and employee experience. 

  • Re-designing the University Programs and Early Careers landing page utilizing the compiled research and data to provide a seamless user experience.

  • Strategizing new recruiting efforts to attract top diverse talent from Generation Z.

  • Create and produce marketing content through various media venues including email, social media posts, and blogs that drive leads of prospective travelers and generate traffic to sites
